Problem statement:

Solution:

Webtriune online courses help graduates & entry-level candidates achieve job-ready skills by offering insight into practical Web3 marketing strategies & exercises, providing a strong foundation for their marketing careers in Web3 space.

Implementation process:

01

In the year 2022, we began to notice a pressing issue in the market - 90% of the students with whom we discussed acquiring Web3 marketing knowledge and practical experience from this segment highlighted a significant challenge: finding online education suitable for beginners.

They sought a platform where they could not only learn the theory of Web3 marketing but also engage in practical exercises to directly gain experience, thereby enhancing their employment opportunities.

In the 1st phase we created live, interactive workshops with a single goal in mind: to co-create with our students and ensure they receive the best possible learning experience.

This is how one segment of the flow of our live workshops looked:

Workshop

Challenges that we noticed at this stage:

  • Balancing simplicity and depth: We wanted to ensure content was easy to understand while still conveying essential concepts of Web3 marketing.

  • Ensuring practical applicability: We needed to find a way to craft our exercises in a way that they allowed our students to grasp basic Web3 concepts, apply them effectively in practical scenarios & still be beginner-friendly.

  • Addressing diverse learning styles: Since the majority of students that applied to our workshops were complete newbies to Web3 and from different educational fields, we needed also cater to various learning preferences and ensuring that all students can engage meaningfully with the workshop material.

  • Maximizing value: We needed to find a way to ensure that every exercise and activity within the workshop contributed significantly to the students' understanding and skill development in Web3 marketing.

02

At the conclusion of each workshop, we sought constructive feedback from our students.

We were particularly interested in their comprehension of the explanations, the perceived value of the exercises, whether the teaching pace was conducive to their understanding, the organization of the workshop flow, the level of difficulty of the exercises, and the amount of supplementary educational content required for a comprehensive grasp of Web3.

You can read some of their feedbacks here:

In response to their feedback, we made enhancements to the content and exercises, customizing them further to meet their needs. Their input was invaluable as we aimed to co-create courses that catered specifically to them, ensuring they derived maximum benefit from the learning experience.

Results:

  • Additionally, 75% of participants expressed increased interest in Web3 marketing and branding, indicating a desire to further explore this segment.

  • Out of 20 workshop participants, 95% reported acquiring sufficient foundational knowledge of Web3, understanding its principles and basic branding concepts, aided by interactive content and engaging teaching methods.

  • Furthermore, 86% stated that this innovative learning approach was particularly beneficial for them and suggested its incorporation into the school system.

03

We aimed to enhance accessibility to learning and acquiring new Web3 marketing skills, ensuring our students could access the content at their convenience.

This led us to transition from live workshops to the creation of our new online courses in Web3 marketing: 'Introduction to Web3 Marketing' and 'Web3 Branding Mastery.'
